I design, implement, and host websites for several local businesses and people. I began creating websites because I wanted to be a better teacher, and that evolved into wanting to publish my own writing. Since creative content online does not earn a lot of money, I utilized my web design skills in freelance website implementation.

I can design websites for any industry, and my online portfolio sites include the following industries: amateur baseball, school/church fundraising, church, hair salon, musician, fishing bait, satirical news, travel, insurance, and education.

I have mostly designed Joomla CMS websites. However, I have used Wordpress and Drupal, and my skills would allow me to learn and utilize any CMS. I have also implemented custom bulletin boards, shopping sites, and image galleries into those sites.

I have also taught all of my clients how to update their own sites.

High school English teacher in suburban Milwaukee community.

I teach English to high school students. I also attempt to teach life lessons and act as a good role model in their lives. I use my speaking and presentation skills to keep the students interested, and I use my knowledge of other subjects to make literature and reading more relevant to them.

I also teach all of the creative writing options at our school, encouraging students to use their imaginations in unique assignments.

I have used my ability to create websites in order to post assignments and allow students to learn how to use and post content online. I am currently working on creating online content for a revision of the freshman curriculum.
