The big companies like to offer totally free websites. So do we. Here's the deal: you choose the "Free" pricing plan and build a website of your own (learning a valuable skill). Our standard sites for this type of free option are Joomla and Wordpress, but if you're looking for a way to build any kind of CMS for free, check out the list below.
We will only charge yearly or monthly hosting (you choose). The sites will be set to automatically update. You can learn all you need to learn and completely own the site. Passive Ninja only maintains a login to help troubleshoot in case of issues.
Besides Joomla and Wordpress, we can also allow you to install many scripts you might want to use. We've only USED a few of these, but if you're paying high hosting fees just to have one installation of one of these, it's worth consolidating with us. Maybe you just want to figure out if building your own site from scratch is for you but don't want to get roped into a full year with another host. For $10 (our monthly hosting), you'll be able to tell if you're ready to build it yourself.
